More British Columbians are opting to rent rather than own, report says

Yikes, according to Statistics Canada, the number of renters in B.C. grew almost three times more than the number of homeowners over the last 10 years. The major work is to properly screen for good tenants and to keep the property in good condition with regular repairs & maintenance.
