Empty Homes Tax has reduced Vancouver’s number of vacant homes by 36%

Has anyone done a statistical analysis to see if there is a correlation between when the empty home taxes were imposed and if it accelerated the increase in Mom & Pop Inc. during the same period? According to the EHT & BCSVT stats, the number of vacant units converted into rental units increased. How much was this attributed to Mom & Pop Inc.?
