City of Prince Rupert cracks down on renovictions as B.C. cities grapple with affordability

Reading deeper, it’s great marketing by Prince Rupert to attract residential developments as the City is offering incentives by waiving fees for building permits, rezoning, and a break on property taxes for up to 10 years! Has anyone done the math?
